From a public policy standpoint, an unexplored element is what each unfilled job translates into from a tax revenue loss for the state of Wisconsin. Deloitte's in-depth research on key archetypal profiles will allow Competitive Wisconsin to understand the characteristics of key workforce segments and the economic impact of attracting and retaining 'taxpayers' for our State. Through Deloitte's interviews with business and community leaders they were able to identify the following 3 types of representative archetypes for baseline discussion purposes in the Be Bold 4 initiative.
